Suits in the Summer

Esquire Magazine refers to Summer as the Forgotten Season, and maybe it is because it’s only 3 months, or because in London we only seem to have 1 week of it. Recently it is been quite hot in the British capital and I can’t help but notice all the sweaty businessmen riding the tube, a black suit or a tuxedo is not very suited for the summer, thick fabrics or polyester do not really scream summer, but for that time of the year that heat is painfully necessary, every person condemned to wear a suit when everyone is wearing shorts and flip flops has to have a go-to suit, that is not only perfectly appropriate for the office (or drinks after 5pm) but that is not going to give you the sensation of being caught in a sauna. The Suits that will suit perfect for this season will range from light brown, khaki or even grey, here are some example of how you can pull it off:

There is no reason to dress like a tacky tourist in the caribbean, summer does not mean hawaiian shirts or flip flops. Summer means BBQs at your friend with a nice balcony that you only see once a year, picnics in the park and drinks outside the pub. Now I can only see you all thinking… What kind of shoes do I wear with my Khaki Suit?, and wait no more. Natural-Leather will give you that polished finish that will make you look like a true fashionista that does not let seasons control him!
